Your time and salon experience is very important to us.
We understand that your time is valuable and so is ours. Out of respect for us and other clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or modifications to your appointment.
Any rescheduling or changes made after the 24 hour period will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price.
For all no shows and last minute cancellations (less than 3 hours notice before appointments) we will require a 100% charge of the treatment price.
